Yes. The roadmap is a project file meant to be edited, and later runs respect your changes.
Does a plan item always become an article?
No. The drafting workflow checks current coverage first and will explain why no draft is needed when an idea is already covered or weakly evidenced.
Is Tin really open source?
Yes. Tin is licensed under Apache 2.0 and the source is at github.com/tin-computer/tin. You can read every workflow, change it, and self-host the whole system.
