# Tin Computer

> Tin Computer is an AI growth agent for small SaaS. It diagnoses, ships, and measures website, SEO, analytics, and product growth work in your existing systems.

Tin Computer is an autonomous growth agent for products built by small teams: small SaaS, indie products, marketing sites, and apps made with tools like Lovable, Bolt, or Replit. A founder connects the systems the product already runs on, and the agent finds the next practical growth fix, ships it, measures it, and reports what changed. It works every day without briefs or meetings.

It starts with three loops on the founder's own surface: organic growth (SEO, AI-search visibility, content, comparison pages, technical SEO), product engineering (landing pages, signup friction, onboarding, pricing tests, bug fixes), and product analytics (event instrumentation, funnels, retention, attribution). Paid acquisition and outbound campaigns are also supported; the founder launches each one deliberately and ad activation, budget changes, and spend wait for explicit approval.

How it works: connect GitHub plus the analytics already on the site, and the agent starts a workspace for the project. Code changes arrive as pull requests that follow the repository's review and merge settings. The agent pauses and asks before public posts, customer replies, paid spend, or risky production changes. Everything it produces lands in assets the founder owns.

**Capabilities**

- Customer support: Support inbox triage and reply drafts; Customer question answering and follow-up; Bug reports turned into fixes.
- Product iteration loop: Bug fixes and UI polish; Small feature builds; Onboarding flow tweaks; Signup and pricing-page tweaks; Hero, headline, and copy A/B tests; Landing pages; Pricing tests and qualification fences; Referral and annual-plan offers; Changelog and release posts.
- Product analytics loop: Analytics event instrumentation; Funnel diagnostic checks; Cohort and retention analysis; Experiment tracking and guardrails; Interview-note synthesis and quote extraction.
- Organic growth loop: SEO blog posts; Comparison and alternatives pages; Programmatic / template SEO pages; On-page SEO tweaks (canonicals, schema, meta tags); Technical SEO fixes (Core Web Vitals, indexing); AI-search (GEO) content tuned for citation; Link-building and backlink outreach; Founder-led LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

**Pricing**

- Tin GEO: $49 per month. A fixed program that gets your business recommended by Google and AI assistants. Tin's agent completes all 44 visibility setup checks for you, then keeps everything fresh week after week.
- Unlimited Growth: $299 per month. Unlimited tasks. The machine never pauses. New experiments queue the moment the last one ships, across as many workstreams as you have.
- Concierge: $1,000 per month. Unlimited + a growth advisor. The full machine, plus a person who runs growth with you. A repeat founder sets the strategy and reviews the work each week, so you are not steering the autopilot alone.
- Prices are month to month with no contract. The pricing page is authoritative; the free growth scan needs no card.

**Integrations**

- Connects to: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Cloudflare, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, PostHog, Webflow, GitHub, Stripe, Vercel, Render, Fal.ai, Gmail, Polar.
- Ships work through: GitHub pull requests, Webflow, Framer, WordPress. On a codebase the agent opens pull requests you review; on a hosted site builder it edits pages and CMS items through that platform's API.

**FAQ**

- What does Tin Computer connect to? Tin Computer connects to the systems that show growth work end to end: GitHub for code changes, Stripe for revenue, Google Analytics and PostHog for behavior, Vercel for deployment context, and Sentry for errors.
- Does Tin Computer need access to my codebase? Yes, if you want it to ship product or website fixes. It works through GitHub, opens pull requests, and follows your review and merge settings before anything reaches production.
- What customer data does it read? Tin Computer reads only the connected sources needed to diagnose and improve growth, such as usage events, support patterns, revenue status, and site errors. Secrets stay in the workspace secret store and are not written into code.
- Can I cancel or change plans? Yes. Both plans are month to month, you can cancel any time, and you can move between Unlimited Growth and Concierge whenever you want a person steering alongside the machine.
- Will I be locked in? No. The useful work lands in assets you own: pull requests, shipped pages, analytics events, support drafts, and docs. If you stop using Tin Computer, you keep the code and content it already shipped.
- What happens when a task needs my decision? Tin Computer pauses and asks before public posts, customer replies, paid spend, risky production changes, or choices that would change the promise you make to customers.
- How is this different from hiring a growth agency? An agency usually waits for briefs, meetings, and reporting cycles. Tin Computer works inside your product systems every day, finds the next practical fix, ships it, and reports what changed.
